It's possible to select multiple tabs using CTRL-click and SHIFT-click, but when clicking "Add to Queue" it only adds whichever one you right-clicked on.

I'm not sure if it's possible to see which tabs are selected, maybe with the tabs API or if the context menu details includes that data, but it's worth looking into.
